Why we exist
MNCs compete on expertise. SMEs should too.
A multinational chain can afford to build specialist expertise in-house — the systems, the people, the years of institutional knowledge. An SME usually can't, so it runs on instinct and whatever one person happens to know. That gap isn't about which business is better run. It's about who can afford to build the expertise in the first place.
We started ThinkVAL because we didn't think that gap should be permanent — that competing on equal footing should be a privilege reserved for MNCs. Being an SME shouldn't mean going without.

Unity in diversity
We don't believe efficiency requires conformity. Two outlets can run completely differently and still both deserve to be understood on their own terms — we'd rather adapt to how people already work than ask them to change for us.
Level the playing field
The advantage an MNC has was never that they're smarter — it's that they can afford to build expertise in-house that an SME can't. We think that expertise should be shared, not held behind a budget line only MNCs can clear.
Your data, your way
Data should serve the question someone's actually asking, not the report someone else decided they should have. We'd rather build flexibility than decide for people how they're allowed to look at their own numbers.
Incremental, not disruptive
We don't believe good change has to hurt. A business got to where it is by finding what works — our job is to build on that, not tell people to tear it up and start over.
Roles, not hierarchy
We think about people by the role they play, not where they sit on an org chart. The point of augmenting someone is to let them do more of what they're already good at.
